CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? Yes. Cancellations must be made before receiving our fulfillment/tracking number email. Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped out within 12-48 hours of order placement. If a request for cancellation is made before that, we can honor it immediately. If the order has been fulfilled, please email us and we will do our best to honor your request.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE? After an order is refunded/cancelled, the funds will appear in your account within 2-3 business days.
